RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Full parcel opening video is must for damage claims and return consideration, Make sure be careful when opening the parcel since some customers use sharp objects and scissors to open the parcel which may damage the saree. No return is eligible in this case.
2. Since the sarees are handwoven extra threads, handloom marks., thread pulling, small gaps, stains in white or colour smudge and jumping are common and these will not be considered as damages which is invisible while you drape the saree.
3. Returns will be considered only for damages in the sarees and wrong saree dispatched. Il should be reported within 24hours time. However, we will thoroughly quality check before proceed for postage,
4. Slight Colour Variations are possible due to digital photography or camera resolution as per lighting & mobile settings. Eg Blue saree may look like green shade, navy blue may look like black. etc.
5. Thus, please check and confirm the colour before proceed for bookings because cancellation will not be applicable once payment is verified. We are always ready to answer your inquiries and clear your doubts.
6. The saree which meets the return policy conditions, must be returned in a proper folding. It must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. It must be post it out in the original packaging. If there is any misfold in the saree, it will revert back to you.
7. Refund/Exchange of the saree will be proceed and approved after receiving the saree in good condition as we mentioned above.
8. Our main vision is to provide best quality at the best price with a premium customer service. Thus, do not doubt on the quatity because of low price. We sell good quality sarees which will undergoes 2 times Quality Checking before dispatched out from the origin country and after receiving the stocks in our hand. But, we can’t satisfy every customer since quality differs from person to person where one likes the saree & other dislikes the same. Thus, No return is entertained for personal satisfactions such as “I changed my mind “, the colour is different “. “the saree not suitable for my height & my skin colour”. Since these reasons will not considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
9. l is your responsibility to ensure the saree reaches us. Shipping cost of returning item are not refundable and it will be borne by the customer. Your co-operation is highly appreciated since we are ready to serve you better at the maximum level.
